About this site

The Common Intelligence Foundation is in the process of being formally established as a non-profit foundation in Estonia. Until that registration is complete, this website and the foundation's operations are carried out by Sebastian Küpers in his personal capacity, on a non-profit basis. Once the foundation is registered, all operations and assets will be transferred to the foundation.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific legal violation becomes apparent. If we become aware of corresponding legal violations, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Our offering contains links to external websites operated by third parties whose content we have no influence over. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking.
